Still waiting for her first ride!

Showing off her ability to roll over during diaper change and her new earrings.

Catching a nap with Elle after her first trip to Bear Lake.

Sorry It's Been So Long...

Such a Daddy's little girl. Her favorite time of the day is when daddy gets home from work.

Lot's of smiles and laughs now. It's such a relief to replace the crying and upset stomachs she had the first couple of months!

Rice cereal, more fun to wear on your face than to actually eat. We eat more than we wear now though.

In her big girl chair. Showing off her favorite body part, her tongue. Feet go good with tongue she's figured out.

She's Finally Here!

She's finally arrived. January 21, 2009 at 12:56pm via c-section. She was 7lbs 11ozs and 20in long. With Lindsey's high blood pressure and discovering that McKaylee had breached we had to schedule a c-section. All went well thankfully.

Finally a minute of peace...

Alittle Daddy-Daughter time.

So cute when she's not screaming her head off, will keep her regardless.

Lindsey's Belly Bulge

Here's the latest picture from 12-11-07.

It's time to post an update of Lindsey's bulging belling. Baby McKaylee is really growing fast now, almost as fast as Lindsey wanting for the pregnacy to be over with. There was only two months left when this picture was taken over Thanksgiving. This picture doesn't reflect the true size and the belly band she's wearing doesn't help either. Since this picture it has grown almost half again. Only 6 weeks left now!

New Hunter In The Family

Lindsey completed Hunter Safety on Saturday with a passing grade. Actually she only missed one question on the written test and shot 30/30 on her shooting test! We expected no less with a little Nelson in her. With the bulging belly she had to shoot almost sideways for the 10 prone position shots. Luckily baby McKaylee didn't mine being smashed for a few minutes! Lindsey says she doesn't care to go hunting unless it's to kill an "evil" turkey, she only took the class because her brother signed her up with his wife.

More McKaylee Ultrasounds

Lindsey talked her Doctor into doing some more ultrasounds and passing them off for checking growth of the baby so the insurance company wouldn't question why. So Tuesday we headed in with both our moms to see McKaylee once again. We have been lucky to get to do so many ultrasounds so we could see the baby's growth throughout the entire pregnacy.

Here's a side profile of her head.

3d image of her face with giant nose. Her nose is the only fully formed and fully sized part of her face so that's why it looks like she's Jewish. (Just kidding.)

Somehow that arrows points to the girl parts of our baby. The diaper changing view according to the nurse.

Space is tight, luckily babies are flexible!

Definately crammed into a ball here. This is the best 3d picture of her face. We got to see her actually open her mouth and stick out her tongue alittle live on the monitor during the ultrasound.

It's A Girl!!!

We hit the Doctors office today to find out what we're having and got a big surprise...We're having a girl!

We got several pictures, but most leave you guessing what exactly your looking at. The nurse pointed out a lot of stuff, and we would nod our heads and think OK if you say so.

She was pretty camera shy. She kept her head turned into Lindsey's back most of the time. Even after several uncomfortable prods from the ultrasound wand. She did wave hello to us in the end.

Here's a 3d picture. Scary and creepy looking if you ask me, but it is neat. This is as much of her face as we saw. It almost looks like she's sucking her thumb. If she wasn't turned into Lindsey's back she had her arm across her face or her legs bent up in front of her. Very flexible...just like her mom!
